  • Multiple light sheets optimized for uniform illumination
  • Automated features for smooth transition between samples and objective switching
  • Sample holders tailored to your needs, including chambers to image multiple rodent organs or organoids up to an entire mouse
  • Ethyl Cinnamate Solution (for organic-cleared tissue, i.e., iDISCO method) or aqueous solution or water for imaging
  • LightSpeed Mode: up to 60 times faster image acquisition compared to the classic high-resolution mode (Dynamic Focus) - *may only be compatible with organic-cleared tissues

All new users must speak with CMIF staff (cmif@osu.edu) before preparing samples to ensure compatibility with Imaging Solution used with the Blaze.
